Mother of All III

Description

The work in Mother of All continues this long tradition of reinterpreting, venerating and seeking solace in exultant mother figure. In this collaboration, artists Karla Dickens and Ishta Wilson create Madonnas that are clearly not black or white. “They are purposefully grey”, says Wilson. “By being different greys these Madonnas to transcend culture and creed”.
